Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Chief Business Officer plans, organizes, directs, and oversees the business and operational services of Sonoma Valley Unified School District, including finance, purchasing, risk management, information technology, transportation, facilities, maintenance and operations, and food services. As a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet, the Chief Business Officer provides strategic leadership, aligns business operations with the District’s priorities, advises the Superintendent and Board of Trustees on fiscal, operational, and business-related matters, and supports the effective use of District resources to advance educational programs and student success.
